The Pavilion poolside restaurant has magnificent views out to sea. Breakfast and lunch is served here daily but can of course be enjoyed in the privacy of your suite if you prefer.
Turkish breakfast culture is something we like to emulate at the Pavilion and we offer an array of sumptuous dishes for you to try, some of which change daily. For those experiencing Turkish Kahvalti for the first time, expect a plethora of small plates served to your table for you to sample. Honey, fresh preserves, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, olives, breads, eggs, mushrooms, boek are just some of the flavours you will have the pleasure of tasting.
For those looking to indulge we also offer an a’la carte breakfast menu including speciality cocktails and daily breakfast specials for you to sample at a small supplement.
We are delighted to welcome non-residents in addition to our own Guests for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The bar is always well stocked and the menu is extensive, freshly squeezed juices, seasonal cocktails, soft drinks and a good wine list can be found locally. Our menus feature the finest ingredients of the season and the emphasis is very much on local produce, expect plates inspired by flavours of Lycia and the Mediterranean. Menus are currently being finalised for the 2020 season but will be available from April onwards.
